We are very pleased to announce that Johns Lyng Group, the building company appointed for the construction of Everlea’s 116 townhouses, has commenced construction on site in Keysborough over the past week.

Johns Lyng are a highly reputable Victorian based company and their appointment by Salter Brothers is in line with the company’s approach to partner with businesses with the same quality ethos.

The first homes in the development are estimated to be completed by the last Quarter 2021 and the final homes by the first Quarter 2022.

Salter Brothers Project Director, Dumindha Ranasinghe said he is delighted to be working with a quality focused company in Johns Lyng.  “Delivering a high quality townhouse estate for young families in Keysborough is our priority and we are confident this will be delivered for our Everlea community over the next 18 months.”
