Red23 was appointed the selling agent for Lot Y at Riverwalk, Werribee. The site is 1.075-hectare in size and located within 200m of the existing Riverwalk Village Park. Occupying a General Future Residential Zone (GRZ1), the site is also conveniently situated within 500m of the Riverwalk Town Centre and directly adjacent to a 4.5-hectare sports oval and the Lollypop Creek waterway.

The expression of interest campaign was a success and attracted many builders who are finding the Townhouse sales market very strong. Red23 had over 40 enquires and the site sold to a company who specialises in townhouse development and was attracted to the concept plan (consisting of 52 townhomes) as well as the site’s premium location.

Red23 are looking for opportunities if any other developer is looking to sell off a super lot of their existing project.
