Red23 are proud to announce their support and sponsorship for the Australian children’s charity, TLC for Kids.

TLC for Kids have been providing relief and support to sick children and their families during stressful situations since 1998.  Started by Tim Conolan AM, the charity urgently assists any child or family regardless of their illness, location, citizenship or financial situation. Their services have been used In hospitals across Australia and New Zealand over 10 million times.

With their mission to help put the smiles back on the faces of sick kids, TLC for Kids run three key programs: 

• Their Rapid TLC Service delivers quick practical and emotional support to sick children and their families. This could be anything from paying a bill, purchasing toys or giving the family some time away.

• Their TLC Ambulance takes children in palliative care and their families for a special trip to their favourite place to create some happy memories. Volunteer Paramedics go along and drive the fun, repurposed ambulance.

• Their Distraction Box Program is a special box of specifically chosen toys and items for distracting a child through painful treatment. It helps reduce anxiety, fear and discomfort.
