Managing Director Terry Portelli and the Executive team are pleased to announce that Marc Raiti has joined Red23 as Acquisitions Manager.

Marc has 30 years' experience within the property industry, specialising in acquisitions, real estate sales, project management and building.

From 2016, Marc managed his business, Innovation Property Developments, providing acquisitions and project management services throughout Melbourne’s key growth corridors. 

Prior to Innovation Property Developments, Marc held senior acquisition positions at leading property businesses, Villa World and Wilbow Corporation. Throughout this period, Marc was responsible for acquiring development sites ranging up to 2,800 lots, with values up to 50 million dollars.  

Utilising Red23’s extensive market intelligence and his broad industry network, Marc's role will be to identify and purchase on and off market development sites on behalf of Red23’s Developer Partners.
