It’s been a big few weeks at Jetty North.

Stage 1 is now titled and construction of housing has commenced. We look forward to welcoming our residents in the near future.

Stage 2 works are currently underway and this week the Construction team are powering along doing Footpath Preparation and the Water mains. Stage 2 titles are now anticipated for January 2021.

Our community park is now complete and will open soon. We will certainly let you know first when it opens.

Purchasers in both stages 1 and 2 may be eligible to apply for the governments HomeBuilder Grant. More details can be found here.
